COPYRIGHTCommissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not [re]sell or redistribute artwork.
I retain the full copyright of my original artwork and the option to include it in my portfolio and social media, unless the client explicitly requests it be kept private.I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

PROCESSPlease be as specific and detailed when describing what you want, and feel free to send references along with your ideas!Unless you want to give me artistic freedom on all or parts of the piece, I will not be held responsible for omitted details or missed information after the initial sketch/draft is confirmed.Full payment is required up front for pieces under $100.For works over $100, a security deposit of at least 75% is required before I start on the initial draft.I’ll send the initial sketch for approval and any revisions.Please confirm any revisions before approving this step. Major revisions after the first draft is completed are subject to additional charges (see below).I’ll send a final draft preview open to any small, final revisions.Minor revisions to the completed illustration are free.
For major revisions, (i.e. poses, whole outfits, change of background, etc.) it’s +$10 per revision.If the payment was broken down, the rest is required before I officially send the final piece.I will provide a link to download the final illustration(s), or I can send it via email per request.

REFUNDSNo refunds upon completed artwork.Full refunds are issued if I have canceled your commission.If the client cancels after the piece has been started, a refund of 75% will be issued.
